Return Policy

All products furnished by 3Energy Poland Sp Z.o.o. (“Seller”) shall be in accordance with the following terms unless otherwise stated in writing:

Inspection.

Svi proizvodi moraju biti pregledani u roku od sedam (7) kalendarskih dana od primitka. Ako se otkrije bilo kakva šteta, potrebno je podnijeti zahtjev Prodavatelju i prodavatelju dostaviti cjelovito izvješće o šteti.

Politika povrata.

In the event your fuel is damaged, a claim must be filed with the Seller within (7) days of receipt in order to receive a replacement of the damaged goods. If a replacement is not available, a refund of only the goods that are damaged will be given. The damaged goods must be returned upon replacement.

Politika otkazivanja narudžbe

Kupac ima (2) tjedna od datuma narudžbe da otkaže narudžbu uz puni povrat novca. 

Viša sila.

Prodavatelj neće biti odgovoran za bilo kakvo kašnjenje u isporuci ili izvedbi, ili za neisporuku ili neizvršenje, u cijelosti ili djelomično, uzrokovano pojavom bilo kojeg nepredviđenog događaja koji je izvan kontrole Prodavatelja, uključujući, bez ograničenja, pobunu ili drugi čin građanskog neposluha , čin javnog neprijatelja, terorizam, neuspjeh ili kašnjenje u prijevozu, čin bilo koje vlade ili bilo koje agencije ili njezine pododjeljenja, sudski postupak, radni spor, nesreća, požar, poplava, oluja ili drugo više djelovanje, nedostatak radne snage, goriva , sirovine, strojeva ili tehničkog kvara, gdje je Prodavatelj djelovao uobičajenom pažnjom da to spriječi. Ako se dogodi bilo koja takva nepredviđena situacija, Prodavatelj može rasporediti proizvodnju i isporuke između Prodavateljevih kupaca na bilo koji način koji Prodavatelj smatra razumnim.

Odricanje od jamstava.

Kupac potvrđuje da (i) nisu sva goriva od biomase prikladna za upotrebu u svim uređajima i da je odgovornost Kupca da potvrdi da su proizvodi prikladni za upotrebu u Kupčevom uređaju; (ii) proizvodi mogu varirati u sadržaju i karakteristikama gorenja; i (iii) Kupac je odgovoran za pravilno skladištenje Proizvoda na suhom mjestu kako bi se spriječilo da apsorbiraju dodatnu vlagu. PRODAVAČ NE DAJE I OVIM SE ODRIČE BILO KAKVIH IZJAVA I JAMSTAVA BILO KOJE VRSTE, BILO IZRIČITIH, PODRAZUMEVANIH ILI ZAKONSKIH, UKLJUČUJUĆI, BEZ OGRANIČENJA, BILO KAKVA PODRAZUMEVANA JAMSTVA ZA PRODAJU I PRIKLADNOST ZA ODREĐENU SVRHU.

Raskid.

No products may be returned without prior written approval of Seller. Orders accepted by Seller may be canceled by Buyer only with the written consent of Seller and upon Buyer’s reimbursement of Seller for all losses, damages, costs, lost profits and expenses arising from such cancellation. Any deposits made by Buyer for orders accepted by Seller, and which are subsequently cancelled by Buyer, are not refundable. Seller shall have the right to cancel any order placed, or to refuse, or to delay, the shipment thereof for failure of Buyer to make all payments when due to Seller, or any other reasonable requirements established by Seller, or for any acts or omissions of Buyer that delay Seller’s performance. In the event of bankruptcy or insolvency of Buyer, or in the event any proceeding is brought by or against Buyer, voluntarily or involuntarily, under any provision of the EU. Bankruptcy Code or any other insolvency law, Seller shall be entitled to cancel any order then outstanding.
