Mangrove charcoal is made from 100% mangrove wood and fully carbonized, mangrove charcoal remains one of the most preferred natural woods.
Mangrove charcoal is very hard and dense; it burns hotter and longer if compared to any other black charcoal. For this reason, Mangrove charcoal is considered one of the best charcoal for barbecue and grilling. In contrast with different type of usual charcoal cause smoke and odor, Mangrove charcoal is a smoke less type of coal that does not emit any harmful gas.

Production Process
Stage 1: Elemilate the moisture and water content in the logs by lighting firewood at the entrance of the kiln at 100º-120º C for about 10 days.
Stage 2: The entrance of the kiln has to be partially sealed to prevent complete combustion of the logs, this process will increase the temperature to about 250º C for about 14 days.
Stage 3: Make cooling 8-9 days by completely sealed the kiln.

Packing
We usually use in standard of 10-15kgs/carton – within PP bag inside for export with special packing and printing requested by the buyers.
