What is Firewood?
Firewood refers to any wooden material that is collected and used for fuel and heating. Unlike other forms of wood fuel like pellets or chips, firewood is usually not highly processed and typically remains in a recognizable log or branch form. It can be categorized as either hardwood or softwood and is available in two main conditions: seasoned or unseasoned.
Drying Process: Kilns are sometimes used to expedite the drying process of firewood, making it more efficient for burning. Properly dried firewood, especially hardwood, is environmentally friendly as it does not contain resin and burns more efficiently.
Production Quality: Our production process begins with the careful selection of healthy trees. Only healthy trees are used to produce high-quality hardwood logs with balanced humidity, size, and weight. Our kiln-dried firewood is known for its high efficiency, as it burns more slowly, making it ideal for cooking, barbecuing, and wood-burning stoves, including those used for pizza preparation. We also offer bark-free firewood, particularly suited for pizzerias.
We offer both fresh logs made from beech and seasoned firewood that has undergone chamber drying, resulting in a humidity level of up to 22%. This drying process ensures optimal burning quality.
Firewood Specifications: We offer a variety of firewood types, including Fir, Pine, Ash, Oak, Birch, Hornbeam, Alder, and Beech logs, sourced from Ukraine, as well as mixed softwood firewood.
